Mat Pilates Classes
Level 1
Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the basics. You’ll focus on core strength, posture, and correct technique to build a solid foundation for your practice.​
Level 2
For those confident with the fundamentals, this class introduces more challenging sequences, balance work, and controlled transitions to build strength and mobility.
Level 3
Dynamic and flowing sessions designed to push your strength, control, and endurance. Expect precision, coordination, and a full-body challenge.

Suitable for all levels. Instructors offer modifications and progressions throughout, so you can work at your own pace while still feeling challenged.
Reformer
Pilates Classes
Level 1
A great introduction to the Reformer. You’ll learn how to use the equipment safely while developing core strength, alignment, and body awareness.​
Level 2
Builds on your foundation with more complex movements, resistance changes, and flowing sequences that challenge coordination and stability.​
Level 3
A high-energy, full-body workout combining strength, control, and endurance. Expect a faster pace and dynamic transitions — ideal for experienced clients ready to progress.
Private Sessions
Tailored 1:1 or 2:1 Pilates sessions designed around your individual goals and needs. Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, working towards something specific, or managing an injury alongside rehabilitation.

Alongside these sessions, we also offer Sports Injury Management — including musculoskeletal (MSK) injury assessment, treatment, and tailored exercise programmes, delivered by a qualified Sports Rehabilitator.
